Otsu is based in Barcelona, a city shaped by food, culture and a strong sense of hospitality. Our relationship with Otsu is built around a shared appreciation for quality and the details that shape an experience. From the coffees we source and roast in Copenhagen to the way they are brewed and served in Barcelona, there is a common ambition to keep things simple, thoughtful and consistently good. They serve coffees from our April Selection Range on espresso and filter, with each filter coffee brewed on April Brewers. A small piece of the April experience, interpreted through their perspective in Barcelona. We are proud to have our coffees as part of the everyday experience at Otsu and to work with people who care about where their ingredients come from and how they are presented.
